Ingredients: Almond meal, sweet potato, tapioca flour, olive oil, chia seeds, maple syrup, sea salt.
To use: Thaw. Dust your workbench with tapioca flour or place between two pieces of grease proof paper and roll out to suit desired use. Please note that this product must be cooked before consumption.
Keep this pastry in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
Once thawed it can be re-frozen. This item will be posted frozen, with ice bricks.
